I joined BACS on my first contract as a member of the New Electronics Fund Transfer (NEFT) acceptance team whose role was to test the system being written for BACS by ICL. Testing was divided into sub-sections, my areas of responsibility being in the areas of Statistics, Media Return, Distribution and Reporting. Also whilst at BACS, I produced a universal MT print facility for the Technical Support team.
