One seat to go. Whoever invented captive nuts and bolts has a lot to answer for. Got the seat out in the end - cut the bolt out. Never found the Recaros in Deltas to be anything but uncomfortable, the squab is too long for me, so sold them on straight away. Add a new pair of seats to the shopping list - got my eyes on a pair of Cobras with colour coded backs but I'll have to sit in one first and see how I get on with them.
