Contract Operations Analyst

I joined the Oxford City Council as an Operations Analyst to write and implement production SCL. Some of this was newly written, the remainder being rewritten from an amalgam of VME 2900 and VME B SCL. All the new SCL was written to the recently implemented site SCL standards which I had previously appraised. Finally I created a new schedule for all overnight batch work such that jobs depending on files updated by other jobs would run against each other with maximum efficiency (the site did not have Helmsman which would have done this automatically).
